Blizzard has announced its plans to launch its next big World of Warcraft Classic event on Battle.Net this week.The Burning Crusade Arena Tournament will feature the top 16 teams across North America and Europe.
The event will feature the top 16 teams across North America and Europe. Over 150 teams signed up in the qualifiers, and the best eight teams of each region made it to the top. A total prize pool of $30,000 USD, split into $15,000 per region, will be at stake.

3rd place: $2,000
4th place: $1,500
5th/6th place: $1,000
7th/8th place: $500
The remaining three teams are made up of top 3v3 players from around the globe and have successfully mastered Arena to be eligible for a $30,000 prize pool.

The WoW Classic Arena Tournament start time has been set for 10am PDT on Friday, July 23, with the full schedule as follows:
